We receive a creative brief and agree on the scope of the production. We clarify roles and responsibilities, whether we handle the entire production from A to Z or work under a production company, agency, or in-house project manager. We then start setting up the project and book the crew for the production. We send an order confirmation and invoice with the start-up fee, typically 50%.

The creative direction for the production is developed. We look at mood boards, model casting, scouting, agreements, bookings, etc. We assemble the entire crew for the shoot (assistants, stylists, makeup artists, hair stylists, production assistants), review looks and locations, book necessary equipment and transportation, and create production plans and call sheets, among other things.

The big day of the project! We carry out the shoot day according to the plan and agreed-upon looks. The day is tailored to the customer's needs, desires, and scope. Location, model, photographer, and creative crew - assistants, stylists, makeup artists, hair stylists, set designers, production assistants, etc. - are customized based on needs and budget.

Normally, on the first day after the shoot, the files are organized. On the second day, we start curating and working on editing the series. Preview files are generated and uploaded to our digital lab. As a customer, you can create your own favorite lists and image series. Once the final selection is determined and confirmed, it forms the basis for licensing, and the original files are sent to post-production.

This is typically where we spend the most time, and this is where fashion photography differs from other types of photography. Larger projects usually take about 10 working days in this phase. For rush projects, additional retouchers can be hired to start working on the images immediately on set, but this increases both fees and equipment rental costs. Any special requests beyond regular post-production and retouching are billed on an hourly basis.

Once all the images are finished in post-production, the originals are archived according to the order specifications (formats). These files are then transferred via our online IMAGE LAB for download. Backup will be available online for an agreed-upon period. The final invoice for the assignment is generated and sent digitally. The final invoice must be paid in full before the usage rights for the images come into effect unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
